Crab feast

Kai Ling's mother won some money from 4D!!! So we went to Defu Lane to eat crab together with Kai Ling's parents and her sibings and their partners. Kai Ling said the Defu Lane crab is better than the one at AMK Melborn crab but its been sometime since I ate at Melborn crab, so I couldn't really gauge which is nicer.

But the crab and food at Defu Lane is quite nice. The name of the restaurant Seafood Paradise. We had butter crab and chilly crab. I think the chilly crab is better though mainly becoz the way of cooking is different. Butter crab streamed first then cook with the butter gravy i think, while the chilly crab is stir-fried with the chilly gravy which make the crab meat sweeter?? Maybe lah hor.
