Wow, i so "excited" leh. For the first time I going to do my part as a Singaporean citizen by casting a vote for the party who is going to "take care" of my neighbourhood, Yishun Central, for the next 4-5 years. PAP vs WP. I doubt we really have much of a choice though. One super power party vs a no power party.
Well, i better keep my election thoughts to myself. Scarly, i kena sue also dunno y. So just in case any garmen people reading this post (i doubt so got lah), just a casual comment ah.
Anyway thanks our dear PM, i got 700 bucks from the Progress package. So got more to spend now. I really hope this kind of things don't just happen every 5 years. However, i would prefer lower utilities bills, less taxes, erps, carpark charges and many more lah. I believe many people will agree with me also. So hope our PM has something like this in mind in the near future.
Something to share with people like me, who lives in Yishun and works in CBD. DOn't ever take taxi, even if you are late for work. Why? Because it cost me 23.70 to reach my office. Moreover, i still late. 1 major accident on CTE: Heavy traffic jam. 3 erp gantries: 2 x 1.50 + 1 x 2.5 = 5.50 erp charges. Crazy leh, i take mrt only cost me 1.47 leh. SHould haven taken the mrt instead. Maybe I would have reached office earlier!
Anyway, really low moral recently. Lot of work to do in office and deadline is closing in. I got a ICT coming on end June. So I got to do as much as I can before i leave for 2+ weeks. Low moral also because I still think my pay is too low. Hardly see my account balance growing, though i dun spend much. Then work is kinda boring also. But, but.... Still, I got to endure to Oct when my contract ends. Then see how lor...

Crazy user n sec sch wkend
As you know, I only come back to office on Tuesday as my MC was up to Tuesday. Then I became to focus on a mini project. Finally managed to finish it on Wednesday. Then I carried on to do SIT and prepare for UAT. Suppose to ask my users to come for UAT on thursday,however, my colleague who was supposed to assign the system functions rights to the UAT users was not around. So got to postponed to Friday.
And guess what, this user crazy one. So should I say her boss is crazy. She only did a few simple testing and say everything ok liao. And wanted me to implement the module that evening so that Monday morning they can use. But I still got documentations to do, and the project sign-off document got to go all the way up to GM, but the document got to first go to my development mgr and dept head, and agm.
But this user's boss, also an agm, wanted to go all the way up to GM to get his chop, skipping all my dept's bosses. So when my user asked me if she can do that, I told her that she has to talk to my boss about that. I told my mgr and he just said, "Siao ah, we got IOP to follow, how can we implement the system just like that. We need to plan for implementions and people are still working."
Some users are just like that. Only want things to be done, but got no brains to think. But this got nothing to do with me lah. I only a small fly in the bank.
Anyway, this wkend was quite packed. Friday night went out for dinner @ yishun central n KTV @ party world, yishun. Saturday evening went to Downtown east for a Seconday sch gathering. Meet up with many of my seconday sch frds and had a really nice time talking with them. Then today went KTV again @ safra yishun's party world with a couple of sc sch frds also. Nvr went to ktv with them before, so was quite nice. then again have dinner @ yishun central. After that went to have dessert also.
So this wkend is Secondary School wkend haha. Quite fun. But one ting is, high expenses lah. How i wish every wkend can enjoy like this but dun have to think about money.
Soon got to go koon liao, tmr got to work again.... hope the user dun give me black face see becoz of last friday incident. Not my fault leh you know.

end of my long wkend
ah sian. tmr got to go back to work liao. long time nvr have such a long break liao. hmm since chinese new year lah. actually not very long ago also hor hehehe.

Not realli that pain lah
Well, actually removing the wisdom tooth is not really so pain lah. Just that when i was blogging yesterday, i was just back from the dentist and the numbness was wearing off, with blood ozzing out from the wound. However, by evening time, everything ok liao. Had my porridge dinner without much difficulty and managed to brush my teeth too (carefully of coz).
Today everything fine. Dont have to bite the stupid gauze cloth anymore. yesterday bite until the mouth jaw so tired. then the wound not pain also. just that my face a bit swollen at the side where my tooth was removed. other than that, everything's ok.
So removing wisdom tooth not really that scary or painful lah. Hmmm or should i say it just pain for a while only lah ;p
Nw considering if i should remove one more which is at the other side (right side) anot. hmmm... see 1st lah.

wisdom tooth sucks
sucks big time man. just got my wisdom tooth removed. during the op, hurts like hell man even though i was injected with the (something-that-make-your-gum-numb) injection. the dentist pulled out my tooth right from the roots without cutting it leh. seems like it lah, coz he say the tooth was too close to the neighbouring tooth and is tilted. so hard to take out.
now im home with a gauze in which i have to bite in my mouth and change every 0.5 hrs. hurts like hell man. and the blood cannot stop flowing. seems like i drink my whole blood like that. hope it stop bleeding soon. really sucks man. i got one more tooth to remove. also got to do thru op one. think i dun take out liao lah.
boo hoo hoo. tmr is good friday. so long wkend. but i be struck with a swollen, n painful mouth...... nothing could be worse.

Drinking sucks
Friday, went to devil's bar with a couple of friends. Had 2 barrel of tiger and a martell. That's not anot actually. I wasn't drunk, but I drank enough to give me a terrible headache. Wasted whole day yesterday sleeping. After sleeping still headache. dunno izzit i slept too much or still having that hangover.
Drinking is fun, but the after-effect sucks. Last nite, popped 2 panadol and went to bed. So today much better liao.
I forgot to mention that we went to have steamboat buffet at a place opp. shaw plaza along beach road. What a best time to have streamboat, especially when my stomach is full of beer and martel and somemore with a heavy head. The steamboat was not bad, but too bad i couldnt eat much. Was quite shag-out to eat liao. but it was the 1st time I tried steamboat in the middle of the nite though. Quite nice though, since we often feel hungry at nite. But perhaps it will be nicer if I were to go after KTV or movie instead of after clubbing. LOL.
Next week will be a painful week for me. Why? becoz i gng to extract out my wisdom tooth. Actually wanted to extract 2 at the same time. But the dentist advised me otherwise, coz the 2 teeth are located at different sides, so if both are extracted at the same time, how to eat then? haha.. ok lor. then one by one lor.

happy april's fool...
Today is 1st of April, April's Fool day, a day where people play tricks on one another and make fools of themselves. Not a bad day, since everyday of the year has always been so stressful, not to mention boring as well. So today is the day to luff at others and also yourself. Hahaha. Hope everyone had a good luff today.
Today, nobody play a fool on me, except maybe the stupid drivers at the other side of the expressway traveling at the opposite direction luffing at me as I was struck on CTE toward city. Damn CTE, forever jam one. I wonder why the garmen never try to expand the number of lanes or build a supplementary expressway. The worse stretch is always starting from AMK Ave 1 to PIE(Changi). Always jam jam jam. Today almost bang into the back of somebody's car. Lucky i managed to step on the brake in time. I guess I miss the car in front by just a few inches. Just got tired of switching between the accelerator and brake continously in the jam. Really pissed me off.
Somehow, I found many drivers driving very slow today. Hmm, or izzit because I drove very fast today?? Dunno lah... sianz..
Anyway, I really miss Melbourne's weather. At this time, the weather should be quite cold already. So nice leh. Unlike the stupid Singapore weather which is so warm n humid all year round.
But I guess some will argue that at least Singapore got no hurriance risk right. Recently, Australia suffered Hurriance Larry at Southern Queensland. I hope the hurriance didnt killed too much of the great barrier reef.
But, but... Singapore weather really sucks lah. Especially now. Its 10pm at night and its so warm. like no diff from daytime.
Yalah, yalah, complain complain.. but what else can i do then? On air-con loh.
