watch this movie last week with one of my colleague. Very funny and nice movie. The lead actress Kim Ah-joong (김아중) is very cute also. Not so famous yet, but i guess she will be soon. =)

time to study

My J2ee exam is next wednesday, the day after labour day. Its a open book exam. Dunno hw to study leh. Sianzz. One of my lecturer said its actually quite hard to fail. I seriously hope so.

Studying and working at the same time is no joke man. I got to think twice, thrice, or more about studying again. Previously I was thinking of doing Masters. But I think I have to study full time man. Night classes are killers. Half time time, I was dozing on and off, like a half-zombie like that.

It was a rather hectic week for me this week. Apart from my last J2ee lesson on Monday, I stayed in office until 9+ 10pm from Tuesday to Friday.

Got to rush to complete a system in which I think is rather useless. The users thought so too. But my stupid boss wants it. What to do. Got to rollout on Monday. Actual live data will come in on Wednesday night, the night of my exam. So what mood should I bring in to the exam hall on Wed?

jialat, jialat, exam just around the corner and I haven start studying yet. The mood is not there yet leh. Somemore its open book leh.

then hor, work at office also alot. got to finish up development, get user to do uat, and rollout all in the next week. how is it possible?? I really dunno leh..

poor & stupid

Last thurs, i got bluffed into getting a hotel travel membership that costs quite a bit of money. I dunno should I be feeling good or bad with this membership. Thinking of it really makes me very vexed.

Good if I want to travel alot. But when I travel, i often followed travel groups like Chan Brothers. So.... Oh well, anyway, I was given a few freebies, one of which is a invitation to a studio photoshoot worth $588.00. And guess what, its also about some membership thing. Sign up for membership, get more people in, they rebate you. Then each year got a few free photoshoots, makeover and stuff. I decided to stand firm this time. So I got away with 2 free photos.

Think I should start avoiding all this stupid invitations. They are no free things in this world.

Dancing Diva

My cousin and I went to see Jolin's Dancing Diva Concert last nite at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. We bought the 135.20 tickets and the concert really make the tickets worthwhile. Her singing is good and her dancing is really hot. The only thing is that she dunno how to "tie dong" the audiences, but her performance alone is good enough. I took a few photos, but sorry ah, not very clear coz my camera is lousy, my camera skills sucks, and I'm half dancing half taking photos. So dun mind huh.

good friday

its good friday, a public holiday here in singapore. holiday i should be feeling happy. but instead i felt very sian. had breakfast with my brother in the morning, play a little of game until afternoon. now i sitting here trying to describe how bored i am.

not that i have nothing to do. actually i have workshops to complete. haven started any of the EJB and Web Services workshop. but just sian leh...

seriously, can somebody tell me how to spend my free time more worthwhile rather than moaning how bored i am.

Job terms improve slightly

Friday, I was asked to go up to HR department with a few colleagues. At last, they realised that our contract terms were like "shit". Previously, we only have 1 day per month of annual leave, now they increase it to 1.5. Ok that is good news. On the other hand, we can now see doctor for just 5 bucks. Hmm. This I think not so important to me lah. But still good to have. The last term doesn't apply to me, coz its about maternity leave. Previously, there is no such leave for contract staff. Crazy right. Finally they wake up their idea.

Ok lah, at least now morale higher. Go to work also feel a bit less sian. Haha..

Just now went to wanfen's baby girl full month party. Very cute leh. The face features is similar to the father, but the head shape is similar to the mother. Oh no, does that she will grow up to be big head and small body like tweety bird? Haha, hope wanfen dont see this. Scarly she come throwing chair at me. Ahya, just nw 4got to take picture. If not can post up here... sianzz...
