Well, thank god I have managed to survive this last week of school. And today will be the last day of school for this sem. Actually today's lesson is just one 1hr lecture. hehe.... So should I say school is over liao?
However, this means exams are around the corner, wah sian. but me looking forward to going back home. Miss everyone back home. So got to bear a few weeks more of studies and off i go.

Jialat, one year older liao
well, wednesday was my 23rd birthday. not bad lah. my frds celebrate here for me. bought me a tiramisu cake. yummy yum yum. then one friend also cook dinner for me. hehe. how i wish everyday my birthday. haha. i guess u people will say "you dream long long!!" hahaha.
well.....i not suppose to come in to blog, coz i shld be rushing my report liao. 2 of them, one due monday, the other tuesday. but do until sian mah. haha.. so updated a bit... wish me luck k, coz i tink i need it. hope i can survive past this weekend.

Sunday again
Its Sunday again. Time seems to be flying and the dateline of my assignments are drawing closer. Guess what, I have not started on them yet. Studying here is so "sian". I wish I was home.
Anyway, for the following few weeks, I will be busy (I hope). So I guess I will be blogging less frequently. Anyway, its so boring here. There's nothing much to say also.

Sunny sunday
I did not step out of my apartment today, but I know it's a sunny day. As usual, I did not do much. Just play games and watch TV. But I guess today was quite a good day for me. Why? Remember in one of my posts, I said that I lost my thumb drive. Guess what. All the long it has been lying around, hiding in my drawer. I was flipping my things around and found it there. I was so happy man. Thought I lost it for good. Anyway, tomorrow back to school. Got to start studying and work on my assignments liao.

Erhm. Wat did i do today?

Mooncake fest
Today is mid autumn festival or mooncake festival. but raining leh today, so didnt managed to see the full moon tonite. still i wish sm1 (her) can be by my side and eat mooncake, play wif lantern together, and if can admire the full moon also lah.
But ok lah. went to frd place to eat moon cake. Her bf came over from singapore to celebrate her bdae last sun. den he brought some mooncakes over from singapore. so we have mooncakes and watch a vcd "Suddenly 30". quite a funny show. quite nice.
Wish everyone a happy mid autumn fest. enjoy the mooncakes.... =)

Rest day
Been going out this few days, so today nvr go out at all. stay at home watch anime. Watch finish one series but dunno why the ending like not ending leh. tink still got a few esp more. got to go search. quite nice the anime call Kikou Sennyo Rouran. Back in melbourne
Spend a nice weekend at sydney with 3 friends. here is roughly wat we did for 4 days there.
1st day 18th Sep 2004, saturday
wake up around 5am in the morning. we took taxi to melbourne domestic airport around 530. we suppose to checkin for our flight at 615. had hotcakes at macdonalds while waiting to board the plane. We touch down around 8.35am at sydney airport. The train connecting to the airport to the city is under maintainence so we took taxi to the city. there we check in into our accomodation which is city central backpackers. The room we be staying for 3 nites was ok. but the beds were kinda cannot make it. next we got ourselves a map at the tourist info centre and our 1st destination is sydney harbour. we spend the 1 to 2 hours walking to sydney harbour. halfway along the way, we pause several times to look at things and took fotos. we reach sydney harbour and walk around taking fotos. I took so mani fotos if sydney opera house. i tink mebbie got 20 fotos. haha.. coz we walk walk walk den say "wow nice view" den we pause to take foto. As we get closer to the opera house itself, we took fotos again. so the fotos if u realise is actualli from a small opera house to a big one. hahaa. den we also took fotos of the harbour bridge. Had our lunch along the circular quay. den we took a cruise to see the whole sydney harbour. on the way, we saw mani yachts and the sight was great. Wif the evening sun shining down, the cool wind blowing, the red wine, and the great view, everything was great. after the cruise we start to make our way back to the city. we had dinner wif my friends who are studying here in UNSW and den retired back in our humble accomodation.
2nd day 19th Sep 2004, Sunday
today wake up neck pain. i tink it becoz of the bed. too soft liao den like bend-in in the middle. today actualli want to go port stephens to see dolpins. but like too far liao. den dunno how to go also. so end up we do other things. 1st we had our delicious breakfast cum lunch at sydney fish market. the seafood there veri delicious. we had seafood platter and fresh salmons, oysters, one fresh lobster. yummy yum yum. den we headed back to chinatown and went to the paddy market. its like a big pasa malam, jus like melbourne's victorial market. den walk walk for half a day i tink. bought a few t-shirt for gifts. guess wat we have for dinner? we bought cup noodle and white wine for dinner. haha. exciting right haha... den went to sleep liao.
3rd day 20th Sep 2004, Monday
today as planned, our destination was Blue Mountains. Wake up early in the morning. had a quick breadfast of a bun, den went to the train station to catch a intercity train to Katoomba Station. there we hop onto the explorer bus and went to see the katoomba cascades 1st. den we walk the jungle trail to scenic world. on the way, we took pictures of the beautiful blue mountains and the famous 3 sisters rocks. At the scenic world, we had a quick lunch before taking the world steepest ride down to the valley. The ride is call mountain devil. The ride was quite short and is not scarie at all becoz it was veri slow. However it is veri steep. woooh.. this steep railway was actualli used by coal miners last time to go up and down the mountain valleys. den we took the cable car call scenicscender up back to scenic world. den next we took the bus to echo point. there we took pictures of the blue mountains and the 3 sisters. this is the place where u can see the whole blue mountains. veri nice. it is called blue mountains becoz the mountains reflect blue lights from the sun. so the blue mountains look blue. den we took the explorer bus back to the train station and took the train back to city. we had dinner at chinatown den went back to sleep.
4th day, 21st sep 2004 tuesday
today is last day we be here in sydney. got to check out of our accomodation by 10am. we decided to rent a car today so tat we can put the luggage in the car and also can travel easily. after check out we headed to bondi beach. veri beautiful the beach. tats is the place where they fimed Baywatch and the bikini babes. spend the day there suntanning and playing wif water and getting swept by the strong waves. den we had dinner at a restaurant called hurriance, recommended by my friend. we had pork ribs, the restaurant's specical. the pork rib is nice and is veri big. almost could not finish. den drove to the aiport and took the plane back to melbourne. reach melbourne around 11.15 i tink.
sydney was fun. got mani places to visit, mani things to do. unlike melbourne. so boring. but wat to do, my uni in melbourne leh hehe.. change uni huh... dun wan lah. too troublesome. aniway i only got another sem to go after this. nvr mind lah.
