Yesterday after my gym session, I went to weight myself on the scale. 78kg!! Record low man. But I didnt really go on diet or what leh. I still eat 3 full meals with snacks in between. Maybe the "at-least-2-times" weekly gym sessions help to keep it in control.
Jay Chou concert tomorrow.... Cant wait..... tomorrow gng to trim hair and maybe put some colour before i go to the concert. Next sat my bro's wedding, no time to do it next week liao coz i gng to Ho Chi Minh City again on tues afternoon and back only on Friday afternoon.
guess the haircut will last til the cny bah
